Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    • Develop and implement category-specific cost models to meet business needs.
    • Formulate sourcing plans to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • IT Procurement Management:
    • Lead and execute end-to-end IT sourcing projects to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
    • Manage sourcing initiatives to achieve allocated savings targets and track progress effectively.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues to drive high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sourcing Support:
    • Provide expert sourcing support to client engagements and pitches.
    • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across a dynamic, multi-client environment.
    Requirements:
    • University degree in economics, supply management, or law.
    • Additional sourcing/procurement certification is advantageous.
    • Strong English language skills are required.
    • Minimum 12-15 years' experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in an international environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, office IT, and cloud services.
    • Ability to negotiate with third-party vendors and review contracts in English.
