We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Team Lead.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee monthly and annual financial closures ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounts.
  2. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights into P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget vs Actual performance.
  3. Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Establish and maintain systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  5. Ensure statutory, investor, and audit requirements are met through proactive compliance tracking and management.
  6. Manage and track the Cap Table and investor obligations with precision.
  7. Support fundraising efforts, due diligence, and investor reporting, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Lead audit readiness initiatives, guaranteeing seamless compliance across functions.
  • Requirements:
  1. Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  3. Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is highly desirable.
  4. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design processes, track compliance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
