About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Expert to drive our Salesforce and nCino initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows, hands-on knowledge of nCino Loan Origination System (LOS), and strong Salesforce platform experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with stakeholders (Business, Product Owners, SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce & nCino solutions.
  2. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  3. Drive end-to-end delivery of nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury, and Workflow Automation.
  4. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  5. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  6. Configure nCino features including Credit Memo, Collateral, Document Manager, Covenant Tracking, Approval Processes, and Workflow Automation.
  7. Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  9. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce and nCino implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  2. Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
  3. Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as: Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow/Approval processes.
  4. Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  5. Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  7. Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
  8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
  1. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  2. nCino 201 or 301 certifications.
  3. Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.
  4. Experience in global banking digital transformation projects.
Education
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Master's degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
