As a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations, to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing to maintain cash flow and control expenses.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time to avoid penalties and fines.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders for compliance and regulatory purposes.
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis to drive business growth.
  • Maintain proper documentation for export transactions and statutory compliance to minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent (M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage).
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication in English
