Finance Professional - Ports and Terminals

As a Finance Professional in our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our ports and terminals operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas of process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify process improvement areas and execute logical improvements
  • Prepare CFS revenue, OPEX, and overhead budgets after discussion with Commercial department
  • Ensure timely submission of various details required by Statutory and Group Audit related to CFS
  • Assist in all commercial decisions by working out commercial proposals and advising on proposals
  • Play an active role in discussion and negotiation of CFS Opex contracts to obtain competitive rates in favor of the company
  • Coordinate DPW India group company Treasury-related information and update into DPW Treasury Module for further use by DPW Global Treasury office
  • Run and drive weekly performance management for MICT
  • Provide P&L visibility and drive for all logistic products like last mile, first mile, empty yard, bundled products
  • Evaluate Customer s commercial proposals
  • Implement new software/systems related to CFS Finance & Billing
  • Ensure timely completion of CFS Month End Activities
  • Ensure correct and timely billing of all services provided at CFS, in compliance with prevailing government rules and regulations
  • Ensure timely collection of payment from customers within approved credit limits
  • Comply with various Financial and other policies
  • Monthly Tracker & MIS for CFS covering Financial
  • Customer Account reconciliation for Top Customer
  • Verification/Process of Invoices & Credit Notes
  • Processing of Customer Waiver request

  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
