Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute commercial strategy to achieve revenue and collection targets.
  • Build, lead and develop the sales team to deliver strong performance.
  • Manage key accounts and expand customer base in the rental market.
  • Analyse market trends, structure pricing, and optimise fleet planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Credit Control) for process improvement.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline, market opportunities, and customer feedback for management.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 10+ years' experience in equipment rental or related industries with proven leadership success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of building teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer-focused with ability to anticipate market needs and develop solutions.
