Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager

A strategic role exists for a seasoned project manager to lead large-scale application development and deployment initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, building, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget.

  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors, to achieve project milestones.
  • Implement efficient project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by managing project issues and resolving bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Utilize project management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on project performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and training junior project managers and team members.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates, escalate issues as necessary, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, IT governance, data security, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure user adoption, training, and smooth handover of applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, requirements, design specs, and post-project reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS CRM 365, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, integration, and cloud platforms (Azure, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues proactively.

  • Experience in data security, compliance, and change management processes.
