Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Tester specializing in Application Reliability and Scalability. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of our enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of application performance engineering expertise, meticulous testing practices, and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures.

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans and strategies for complex enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality test scripts using tools such as JMeter.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics using APM tools like CloudWatch and Azure Monitor.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to pinpoint root causes of performance degradation.

The selected candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of performance and regression testing methodologies, tools, and processes. They will also work with development teams to incorporate testing best practices earlier in the development lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in Application Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Regression Testing, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two significant engagements involving the analysis and migration of existing enterprise applications to AWS or Azure.
