Role Summary

This position oversees project execution, manages stakeholder expectations, and ensures delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and strong leadership skills to mentor teams, solve complex problems, and enhance application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an expert for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and SAP ABAP RAP.

- Lead application design, configuration, and implementation aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions.

- Provide solutions to critical issues within the immediate team and across projects.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen their technical capabilities.

- Continuously monitor, assess, and optimize application performance and user experience.

- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.

- Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Proven ability to lead application development initiatives end-to-end.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools.

- Bachelor's degree (15 years of full-time education).
