Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:
We seek an experienced HR professional to oversee the management of our organization's human resources, ensuring seamless operational activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance records with precision and accuracy in timesheets.
- Process payroll on a monthly basis, incorporating statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
- Maintain and update leave management systems, implementing fair and consistent policy practices.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations effectively.
- Compile and share comprehensive HR reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies at all times.
- Support end-to-end HR operational tasks, including onboarding documentation, employee records, and audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process by drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters efficiently.
Necessary Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems is essential.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are expected.
