Job Title:

Commercial Director - Power Equipment

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our power equipment sales initiatives in South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, utilities, infrastructure companies, and industrial buyers in South India
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue growth
  • IDentify new business opportunities in power equipment distribution and sales
  • Manage tenders, RFQs, and techno-commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver customized power equipment solutions
  • Maintain CRM for funnel visibility and provide accurate sales forecasts
Requirements:
  • 8- 15 years of experience in power equipment sales or a related field
  • Strong network with key stakeholders in South India's power equipment market
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in power equipment sales
  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
