Job Title: Zuora Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role in our subscription billing infrastructure. As a Zuora Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving risks within the platform to ensure operational continuity.

  • Design and optimize customer experience workflows across billing and subscription journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Zuora capabilities with business goals
  • Implement best practices for Zuora configuration, automation, and data integrity
  • Provide technical leadership and documentation to reduce future dependency risks

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a Zuora Engineer or Architect in enterprise environments. A deep understanding of subscription billing models and customer lifecycle management is also essential. You should have hands-on expertise with Zuora APIs, Workflow Designer, Product Catalog, and Reporting, as well as experience integrating Zuora with CRM systems and data platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and documentation abilities, are required for this position.

Requirements:
