Job Title: Zuora Tester

We are seeking an experienced and skilled tester to join our team. As a Zuora Tester, you will be responsible for testing the Zuora system to ensure its functionality, usability, and quality.

  • Perform manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
