Software Quality Assurance Professional

We're looking for a seasoned software quality assurance professional to drive excellence in our software development lifecycle.
This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual with hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
- Perform different types of testing (regression, API, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
- Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mobile application testing.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
