  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on UX research.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong skill in synthesizing data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations.

You will work on:

  • Define Research Goals: Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
