Job Title: Technical Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through site inspections, construction quality testing, complaint management, and sales support.

Responsibilities:
  • Site Inspection: Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Construction Quality Testing: Supervise the testing of cement and concrete to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Complaint Management: Receive and analyze customer complaints, taking prompt action to resolve them and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance business growth and revenue.
Lead Generation & Event Execution:
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads from influencers, home builders, and other relevant sources.
  • Event Execution: Organize and execute various events such as mason meets, IHB meets, contractor meets, mason melas, counter meets, consumer camps, and more.
Market Engagement & Intelligence:
  • Influencer Engagement: Engage with influencers to drive brand presence and sales.
  • Market Information Gathering: Collect market insights on quality feedback, MTCs, services provided, and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
