About the Role


We're looking for a bold, imaginative leader who can craft compelling narratives, push boundaries, and drive conceptual clarity across our campaigns and messaging.


In this role, you'll operate as a visionary thinker, working closely with our leadership team to originate concepts, develop narratives, and translate ideas into actionable briefs for execution by our creative teams.


This position demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks critically at the intersection of culture, communication, and purpose, and has the courage to tell fresh stories about transformation and identity.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Partner with our leadership team to create innovative campaign ideas, content narratives, and communication strategies across multiple channels.
  2. Translate business objectives and cultural insights into clear creative platforms and brand stories.
  3. Work closely with our creative teams to bring ideas to life without direct management responsibilities.
  4. Own and lead campaign kickoff sessions, brainstorming workshops, and idea development initiatives.
  5. Present ideas and narratives with clarity, logic, and emotional resonance to both internal stakeholders and leadership.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with our mission and tone.
  7. Help define and scale our brand's tone, voice, and design personality across various formats and experiences.
  8. Stay up-to-date on global creative trends, new storytelling formats, and innovation to bring a fresh perspective to our brand expression.
  9. Develop templates, frameworks, and briefing systems to support our creative teams' efficiency and originality.
