Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Senior Copywriter who masters storytelling and design aesthetics. If you craft compelling narratives in Hindi and English, bring fresh ideas, think visually while writing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies aligning with the company's brand, vision, and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship, fostering creativity, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work together seamlessly.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: develop creative content and experiences with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Oversight of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Work on integrated campaigns from digital to TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Write ads, scripts, social media, long-form content in Hindi and English.
  • Manage resources efficiently, balancing creativity with business objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage creatives.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative mindset navigating challenges creatively.
