Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Absence Management solutions for our partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within project frameworks, including planning, organization, and governance setup.
  • Analyze absence management requirements through workshops and specifications.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Absence Management module.
  • Ensure alignment with business needs by monitoring configurations and progress.
  • Define and execute testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Support deployment and provide user assistance during transition to Absence Management.
  • Deliver training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of absence management processes.

About You:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Absence module is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training is necessary.
  • A strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent English language skills are required; additional languages are an asset.
