Contract Management Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Contract Management Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, managing all aspects of contract management to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Lead project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
- Evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with external partners through vendor development processes.
- Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms, conducting detailed rate analysis.
- Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within real estate.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
