Workday Functional Consultant

This role offers a challenging opportunity for a consultant with expertise in Workday implementation and configuration to take on a complex project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions for multiple modules, including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, assess complexity, estimate effort, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines.
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Be flexible to work in multiple time zones and teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and lead transformational projects with clear impact.
  • Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a focus on timelines and quality.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing complex solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build.
  • Strong knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion, and Reporting Concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and adaptability skills.
  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects and teams.
