About the Role

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure end-to-end service and satisfaction.
  • Translate client briefs into effective internal execution plans that meet expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Present proposals, concepts, and post-event reports to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain open communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Good presentation skills and confidence in handling senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in client servicing or related field.
