Senior Debt Management Advisor

This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that all processes are ethical, compliant, and scalable, as well as overseeing and resolving debt-related disputes and litigation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India, with prior experience in debt management in banks, NBFCs, or asset reconstruction companies being highly desirable.

  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with over 8 years in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
