  • Identifies and troubleshoots recovery operations and methods to enable the organization to function at reduced capacity during infrastructure damage or destruction.
  • Promotes and facilitates regular practice drills for plan execution, ensuring seamless disaster recovery processes.
  • Monitors program metrics to demonstrate activities and progress, enhancing overall crisis management capabilities.
  • Reviews and maintains business continuity and crisis management tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborates with health, safety, and security stakeholders to align emergency management plans with industry standards and best practices.
  • Serves as a liaison for response coordination and communications during business disruptions, managing critical situations effectively.
