Job Description:

You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our sellers on the Amazon marketplace. As a strategic business consultant, you will advise a portfolio of businesses and help them grow fast by mastering the fundamentals of selling on Amazon.

Our team of consultants provides data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused advice to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive on Amazon. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sellers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase their sales and revenue.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for growth, implementing and tracking metrics to measure success, and building relationships with prospective Sellers to identify new business opportunities.
