Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented individual to lead our revenue operations efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clarity, efficiency, and visibility across our revenue processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, as well as strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall RevOps strategy across the sales and customer success funnels
  • Own the GTM systems and tools stack, including CRM, automation tools, and reporting platforms
  • Drive funnel visibility and reporting, ensuring the right KPIs are defined, measured, and acted upon
  • Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and renewals
  • Partner with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of CRM best practices and data hygiene
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
