Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Growth Executive to lead our Strategic Business Unit through its next phase of growth.

This role carries full responsibility for overall business unit performance and profit-and-loss ownership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth:
    • Lead the SBU with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years.
  • Revenue Acceleration & Business Development:
    • Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Financial Performance & Profitability:
    • Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Scalable Operations:
    • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Leadership for Performance:
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Board & Stakeholder Alignment:
    • Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
  • Market Growth & Positioning:
    • Strengthen the SBU's competitive positioning in the cybersecurity industry by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation to enhance financial performance.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Visionary, collaborative leader, based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
