Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A expert to drive business growth through financial insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Support the development of long-term financial strategies and contribute to business planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
  • Present data-driven findings to leadership to influence business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements and budgeting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools a plus.
