Job Title: Advisor Productivity Enhancement Specialist

Description:

The role entails boosting advisor productivity by conducting thorough call assessments, providing actionable feedback, and driving continuous improvement in conversation quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits to evaluate sales calls for adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to advisors for improvement.
  • Document call assessments, identify trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.

Familiarity with EdTech industry standards is an added advantage.
