Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance and building reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly Management Information Systems reports for internal and investor review.
    • Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and working capital models.
    • Collaborate on Annual Operating Plans and performance dashboards.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including vendor payments and receivables.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate audit processes and statutory filings.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, burn rate, and fund utilization.
    • Work with external partners for reconciliation, payroll, and expense management.
  • Business Strategy Support:
    • Partner with senior leadership to derive insights from financial data.
    • Support pricing, commission modeling, and key business Key Performance Indicators.
    • Assist in due diligence and investor reporting as needed.
