As a key team member, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through performance marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). You will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Daily monitoring and optimization are crucial to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns.
  • Industry Stays: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Continuous Growth: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
