Job Title: Associate Manager">

**Responsibilities**

  • As a key player, you will serve as the primary point of contact for complex categories and regions by mastering process and category knowledge.
  • You will partner with category managers and KAMs to build business context and create seamless partnerships.
  • Display advanced project management skills to lead multiple projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
  • Share knowledge gained from in-depth training on PepsiCo business, categories, products, tools, and best practices with the team continuously.
  • Contribute to executing planograms, best-in-class reports, tools, and customized shelving/assortment plans by leveraging merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end best-in-class planograms by becoming a subject matter expert for most categories.
  • Acquire space automation skills to automate planogram execution or acquire space analysis skills to enhance space productivity.
  • Identify opportunities and take action to improve work delivery.
  • Exhibit high accountability when completing high-visibility requests with tight turnaround times.
  • Scale growth by identifying areas where continuous improvement is required, both within existing scope and new areas of opportunity.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, focusing on achieving team goals over individual goals.
  • Continuously learn and apply advanced expertise in JDA, MS Excel, and other relevant applications.
  • Collaborate with peers, incorporating best practices, and elevate the team's ability to tackle business questions with added value.
  • Actively learn and implement principles of trade & category management.
  • Provide guidance and support as a mentor/trainer for new hires and guide Associate/Sr/Space Analysts as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in space planning – JDA, retail, or FMCG.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of space management technology platform JDA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
