We are seeking a proactive Project Management Specialist to oversee project coordination and planning, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and managing communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Coordination & Review:
  • Coordinate with all consultants and other stakeholders for design development, ensuring alignment with the design intent and project objectives.
  • Conduct and record design review meetings, documenting progress and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with design consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Monitor and report on progress of incorporating design intent in special areas, highlighting any deviations from the project plan.
  • Deliverable & Schedule Management:
  • Follow up with consultants for tender deliverables, ensuring timely submission and approval.
  • Scheduling and tracking the GFC drawings delivery, coordinating with the MEP manager and consultants for shop drawings and approval.
  • Establish priorities and short-term targets for all consultants to ensure continuous progress and adherence to the design schedule.
  • Project Scheduling & Reporting:
  • Prepare a master project schedule at macro and micro levels, presenting the master schedule within various sub-schedule categories such as tender schedule and individual work packages.
  • Track the master schedule periodically, deriving reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders, and generating all reports related to schedule, resource deployment, and costs.
  • Work closely with all contractors to develop their respective schedules, ensuring they align with the master schedule, and generate various project-related reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve project outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in a project coordination and planning role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
