Job Description

This is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the meticulous analysis and assessment of aircraft structures under static loads.

  • Perform thorough stress analysis of metallic and composite aircraft structures using classical methods, ISAMI, GFEM, and DFEM.
  • Extract relevant data from part and assembly drawings, including loads, stresses, material data, geometry details, and fastener specifications.
  • Apply static design values from recognized standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and refine Finite Element Models (FEMs) based on geometric data.
  • Conduct detailed structural sizing to meet specified static requirements.
  • Analyze fastener loads and perform comprehensive joint assessments, calculating Reserve Factors (RF) for various failure modes.
  • Implement measures to address low RF values, utilizing classical or numerical methods as needed.
  • Prepare in-depth certification dossiers, including ACD4 and SSR reports.
  • Collaborate closely with design, loads, and certification teams to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
