Scientific Analyst - Omics Data Specialist

About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a Scientific Analyst with expertise in omics data analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of biological systems, computational methods, and statistical techniques.

  • Use your knowledge of biological problem statements and multi-omics data to develop compelling scientific solutions and present findings through effective communication.
  • Analyze complex biological data using state-of-the-art statistical methods to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative data analysis pipelines and tools.
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to foster account growth and nurture client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD (with 0-2 years of relevant experience) or Masters (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related technical disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using predefined/custom end-to-end analysis workflows to derive actionable insights and clinical data integration.
  • Proficient in programming languages used for data analysis such as Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to structured and unstructured big data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
