We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing and sales data to support incrementality testing.

This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

  • Work with other team members to deliver Geo test outputs for clients
  • Develop and implement statistical models to solve everyday market analytics challenges
  • Perform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand data
  • Interpret results from Geo tests and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Use results of a test or analysis to arrive at attributed conversions & multipliers
Responsibilities:
  • Work with larger datasets, perform data manipulation & pre-processing
  • Collaborate with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks
  • Work with stakeholders to gather the required data for building models
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics
  • 2+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing , regression & time series analysis
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R and SQL
  • Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Incrementality testing
  • Experience with Spike Attribution
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
