Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our client's team based in KSA. This is a fully remote opportunity with a 1-year contract and the possibility of extension.

  • Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Conduct load/stress testing using tools such as JMeter or similar.
  • Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations for application performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure testing covers all business and technical requirements.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields. As a Performance Optimization Specialist, you will work on developing and implementing test strategies, conducting load/stress testing, analysing test results, and recommending optimizations for application performance. The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The notice period is 30 days or less.
