Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be a meticulous property analyst to evaluate investment opportunities with precision.

They will review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether deals are viable.

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing key documents such as floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other relevant information
  • Calculating essential figures including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV
  • Maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing detailed deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Ensuring ownership of analysis and adhering to high standards
  • Receiving feedback and continually improving analysis skills
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Aptitude for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Previous experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of industry-specific terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
