Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the tourism and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of working closely with hoteliers and tour agents. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of 10 sales representatives to drive growth and establish long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market presence.
2. Create and oversee sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
3. Build and maintain relationships with hoteliers, tour agents, and other tourism stakeholders to drive bookings and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
