
Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking an International Voice Process engineer to join our team. As an international voice process engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness
- Processing new orders on a web-based system
- Clarifying customer enquiries
- Maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy
- Placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system; monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action depending on the status
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to all activities
- Ensuring that customer requirements are met on a timely basis; maintaining accurate records of activities in internal systems
