The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Media Strategist to join our growing team at Brand Street Integrated Consultancy Network. As a key member of our digital media investment agency, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing high-impact performance media campaigns for top-tier brands.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of campaign management, including campaign setup, bid management, budget allocation, performance optimization, and reporting. You will possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms, and other relevant performance media platforms.

You will demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and generate actionable insights for clients. You will collaborate closely with account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

You will manage client relationships, effectively communicate campaign performance, and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance media management, with a proven track record of success in driving results for large clients across diverse industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other leading performance media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Top-notch communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in managing large digital media budgets.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional agency team.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement models.
