Full-Time BDM & ASM Role
This role is for a Business Development Manager (BDM) & Agency Sales Manager (ASM) at a leading life insurance company. The BDM & ASM will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of financial consultants, achieving business targets through effective planning and execution, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of financial consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify market opportunities and generate leads to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing a team in the insurance industry.
- Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent market analysis and lead generation skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses.
