Job Title: Facility and Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our facility and security management initiatives. This role requires strategic planning, coordination, and execution of various activities to ensure the safety and security of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement access control policies, parking policies, and security infrastructure upgrades.
  • Recruit, manage, and train a team of security personnel to meet company standards.
  • Establish and maintain intelligence networks with law enforcement, local communities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Enforce GMP guidelines by restricting prohibited items within the facility.
  • Maintain and monitor SOPs, logbooks, and other security documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the implementation of security SOPs, hygiene checks, and GMP protocols via digital systems.
  • Manage housekeeping, pest control, gardening, and landscaping standards to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple trade unions to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, security management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, security operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP SCM and EDMS systems.
