Job Description

The primary function of this role is to ensure the seamless operation of Identity, Directory, and Access Management (IDAM) services. This involves monitoring relevant queues in IT Service Management systems, responding to incidents within defined service level agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve authentication failures and maintain system reliability.

Additionally, the IDAM Support Analyst will participate in 24/7 operations rotations, investigate service outages, and communicate with technical stakeholders and end-users regarding high-priority incidents.

This role requires a deep understanding of IDAM technology areas, including identity governance and administration, enterprise directories, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with global teams, providing level 2 support for identity and authentication issues, and collaborating with security operations teams.
