Information Systems Specialist

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring relevant queues in the IT Service Management system to ensure timely identification and resolution of incidents. They will respond to incidents within defined Service Level Agreements, documenting all interactions and resolutions accurately.

The individual will assist users with requests and troubleshooting by following well-documented Knowledge Base Articles and operating procedures. They will participate in rotation for 16x5 operations for Identity, Directory, and Access Management services, ensuring uninterrupted service and providing off-hours escalation support for high-priority incidents.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and demonstrated ability to work within diverse technical teams. They will troubleshoot authentication failures, collaborating with application teams to resolve availability issues and maintain system reliability while addressing critical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required;">
• MS or advanced security/identity courses or other applicable certifications is desirable;">
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information Systems, especially IDAM or Security Related;">
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, especially Animal Health desired;">
• Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow;">
• Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Enterprise & Cloud Directories, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM);">
• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, SafeNet MobilePass, Delinea Secret Server, Netwrix SecureOne, CyberArk, and SAP Customer Data Cloud;">
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.">

Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours (minimum 3 hours of daily overlap with US ET Time zone). Technical Skills Requirements

ITIL Foundation Certification is highly recommended but not required.

Additional certifications, such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+, may be beneficial for career advancement.

Physical Position Requirements

Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.

Relocation assistance may be available for candidates relocating from outside the local area.

Collaborate closely with Service Desk, Site Services, and Security Operations teams to execute IAM support processes and optimize workflows.

Communicate with Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) teams and/or end users regarding high-priority (P1, P2) service level incidents, utilizing Service Desk Corporate Outage Report (COR) procedures to publish notifications effectively.

Align with one or more technical specialists to learn specific IDAM areas, leveraging mentorship and collaboration to expand expertise and create pathways for career growth and development.

Communication skills include speaking clearly and persuasively in both small and large groups and tailoring messages to the intended audience. We value clear and concise communication and believe that using active listening skills will enhance your relationships with others.
