Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to resolve critical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and resolve data and transmission issues across multiple systems.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address dependencies and bottlenecks for critical issues.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform data-driven decision-making and ensure clear transparency into system operations.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and propose data-driven solutions to optimize and enhance reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of test plans and scenarios to ensure robust validation of system updates, patches, and new features.
  • Develop automated testing scripts and perform thorough testing to guarantee product quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience in MuleSoft, Java, J2EE, and database programming.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, as well as CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data and system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL framework and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SDLC process, including requirements, design, testing, data analysis, and change control.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in managing GxP systems and implementing GxP projects.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
