Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our team in the implementation and management of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing IDAM systems, including Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Public Key Infrastructure. They will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets and infrastructure.

This is a key role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDAM System Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage IDAM systems to ensure secure access to digital assets and infrastructure.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all IDAM systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on IDAM systems.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Public Key Infrastructure.
  • Excellent technical skills, including programming languages, scripting, and automation tools.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based IDAM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
