  • Manage the investment research practice with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities through new products or market entry.
  • Lead delivery teams to achieve quality and operational excellence.
  • Support business development in winning new clients.
  • Establish best practices in employee engagement and training.
  • Represent the company on media platforms and write thought leadership papers.
  • Foster strong client relationships.
  • Lead team-building efforts.

Required Skills:

  1. 15+ years of experience in managing teams in investment research.
  2. Experience in KPO industry handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients.
  3. Strong knowledge of finance, macro and business drivers, valuation methodologies and preparation of investor pitch documents.
  4. Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
  5. Manage equity research processes, including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
  6. Lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
