Senior Financial Analyst Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial management, investment advisory, and infrastructure finance to conduct feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis, and valuations for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed financial models to support strategic decisions and deliver high-quality insights for clients across sectors such as real estate, transport, aviation, and social infrastructure.
  • Provide due diligence and advisory support for infrastructure, real estate, and public-private partnership projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals and financing strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Modeling Valuation Associate (FMVA), or Advanced Financial Modelling (AFM) certification is preferred.
Experience & Skills
  • A strong track record in financial modelling, discounted cash flow, valuation, due diligence, and investment advisory.
  • Proven expertise in infrastructure finance and financial feasibility.
