About The Role:

We're seeking a skilled BDR Lead to spearhead our top-of-funnel efforts and drive pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

This role involves overseeing our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on delivering high-quality SQLs for AEs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning new revenue targets in the mid-market and consistently exceeding numbers
  • Leading, growing and optimizing the BDR team to achieve peak performance
  • Refining our prospecting playbook through continuous monitoring and improvement of cold calls, outreach strategies and messaging
  • Tracking key performance metrics and utilizing data insights to inform strategic decisions

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs
